The wines of Paradiis nestled between the Adriatic Sea and the Friulian mountains, our vineyards—some over 70 years old—benefit from sea breezes that bring freshness and minerality to the grapes.
We follow a sustainable philosophy, avoiding chemical herbicides and using practices like cover cropping to naturally enrich the soil.
Our wines are mostly fermented in stainless steel, preserving the true character of each grape variety and resulting in wines that are honest, clean, and unadorned—wines that tell the story of our land.
