The visit to our winery is a full immersion into our world, unfolding in several stages:
1. Welcome to the Estate – Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our team, who will introduce you to the story of Paradiis and our winemaking philosophy. We’ll share how this project was born and evolved over time, blending tradition and innovation to craft authentic and unmistakable wines.
2. Walk through the vineyards – We’ll take you through our historic vines, some over 70 years old. You’ll discover the area’s unique microclimate, influenced by the nearby sea and mountains, and learn about the sustainable methods we use to grow our grapes, avoiding chemical herbicides and using natural practices that respect local biodiversity.
3. Tour of the winery – Step into the heart of our production, where grapes are transformed into wine. You’ll see our stainless steel tanks, essential for preserving the fruit’s freshness and purity, and we’ll walk you through the stages of the winemaking process, from harvest to fermentation, up to the bottling.
4. Guided tasting The most anticipated moment of the visit: the tasting. You’ll taste three Paradiis wines and discover how the land and our winemaking methods shape the aromas and flavors in every bottle. Each wine will be paired with a selection of local products that highlight its unique characteristics.
5. Frasca Paradiis (optional) – To round out the experience with a warm, convivial touch, stop by our frasca, a traditional Friulian tavern where you can relax and enjoy regional dishes made with simple, genuine local ingredients, perfectly matched with our wines. It’s a true taste of Friuli’s culinary soul and territory.
NEW. Visit to the Rural Life Exhibition (optional) – For those curious to explore the roots and history of Friulian culture, we offer the chance to visit the Esposizione della Civiltà Contadina (Rural Life Exhibition), located just above the winery, next to the soon-to-open B&B. Here you’ll find a collection of clothing, tools, and documents from early 20th-century rural life, a real journey through time that brings Friuli’s agricultural traditions to life.

Paradiis was born from the vision of Emiliano Subacchi, Milanese by birth, Friulian by choice, who turned his passion for enology into a lifelong project. After years of experience, he took over the winery and transformed it into a place that celebrates both the land and sustainable viticulture. Our wines are the result of a deep respect for nature, crafted without chemical herbicides and vinified mostly in stainless steel to highlight the fruit’s freshness and authenticity.

Visits are available Monday to Saturday, with booking required at least 24 hours in advance. On Saturdays, tours are only available until 12 PM.

Do children pay for the visit?
No, children can join the winery tour free of charge.
What happens if it rains?
The visit will still take place. We’ll just reduce the time spent outdoors in the vineyards and move most of the experience indoors.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have a large parking area available for visitors.
How do I get to the winery?
The roads are small but fully paved and easy to drive on.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, four-legged friends are welcomed.
Do you accommodate food allergies, intolerances, or special diets?
Yes, we can tailor the food experience to your needs, but please let us know in advance

Perfect for a day spent in nature with the kids (and pets), this tour includes a guided walk through the field and a delicious three-course lunch. This is topped with wine for the parents and fresh grape juice for the little ones.
$60 per Guest/ $15 for Club Members
In this tour, guided by our wine technologist Fillipe, you will be walked through the process of fermentation, aging and mixing of different sorts of wines. You’ll have the chance to be part of the wine-making process.
