Our vineyards, nearly a century old, are the beating heart of a legacy that blends tradition with innovation. Each bottle contains the soul of our territory, nestled between the sea and the mountains of Friuli, where the sea breeze brushes golden clay and ancient knowledge meets modern techniques to create truly unique wines.

Pinot Noir

Sangiovese Sierra Folia

Blueberries are organic grown combined with little wild plums of all colors we pick ourselves along the Snake River that separate Oregon from Idaho.

Nebbiolo

Castello di Neive

The generous mid-palate has mouth-filling textual layers with hints of toast and vibrancy to the fruit. The gentle acid balance opens the palate finishing with soft lingering flavours.

Chardonnay

Domaine Prieuré-Roch Blanc

A light yellow in color with a creamy bubbling and an elegant and persistent sparkling. The nose is fragrant and expressive with fruity and floral notes.

We craft wines that speak the language of our land: fresh, mineral, structured, yet always balanced. Low environmental impact: we use only the very best our soil has to offer. Every sip is a journey through our vineyards, over 70 years old and cared for with sustainable practices like green manuring, for a viticulture that respects nature without the need for certification.

My name is Emiliano Subacchi My name is Emiliano Subacchi, and my story is one of passion and perseverance. Born in Milan, I followed the call of the land, studying oenology and turning an opportunity into a dream come true. From employee to owner, I transformed the company, shifting from bulk wine sales to producing quality labels now recognized internationally. Today, Paradiis stands for Authentic, no-frills wine, crafted with respect for nature and raw material.
